HOW TO FILE A SECOND LIFE USER REPORT
CREATING A CASE
To create your case you must fill in the questions prompted below, and you must submit in your screenshot or video recording of the incident. Please make sure that the documentation you provide is considered proof of your complaint.
PROVIDING SCREENSHOTS & VIDEO RECORDINGS
USERS THAT TYPE OR VOICE
For these specific users, we do encourage you to screenshot or video record your proof as much as you can during the incident,
along with the date and time of the incident to help your case.
The date and time MUST show in the same screenshot or video recording that's being provided to our support team.
You MUST NOT try to submit in your proof of documentation without the date and time shown, and then proceed to submit an additional documentation with the time and date shown. This form of documentation will be considered a false report.
FOR EXAMPLE
The photos below indicate the correct and incorrect documentation that should, or should not be submitted when filing your complaint.
THE CORRECT SCREENSHOT OR VIDEO RECORDING DOCUMENTATION
This is screenshot A and screenshot B. These screenshots together will only be considered approvable documentation.
Not only was the incident provided in screenshot A, but the date & time of when the incident took place was shown as well.
Trying to submit screenshot B as proof alone, will not be considered approvable documentation. It is a IM chat log, anyone can edit or twist the chat log into a false conversation. If you would like to include IM chat logs for additional documentation, you MUST also have the original proof of that IM chat log. Screenshot A would be the original format of documentation to submit, when backing up for screenshot B.
That's why we are encouraging anyone who chooses to file a complaint, you may screenshot or video record during the incident and get as much documentation that you can, for proof of your complaint.

This is screenshot C and screenshot D. These screenshots together or alone will NOT be considered approvable documentation because it does not have the date of the incident that took place in screenshot C. Screenshot C only provided the time that took place, and that would be considered unacceptable documentation. Screenshot D wouldn't be relevant to submit alone when filing a report because it is a IM Chat Log.
SOCIAL MEDIA SCREENSHOT OR VIDEO RECORDING DOCUMENTATION
We DO NOT accept social media documentation, as you should know that social media incidents does not concern Wealthy Estate. However, if it does concern Wealthy Estate such as:

A person speaking negatively about Wealthy Estate

Someone harassing an employee, resident, or anyone else from Wealthy Estate and vice versa
or anything in that nature that's concerning Wealthy Estate, you may feel free to file a report against these specific users.

Providing half or a one-sided story
You must include everyone's part in the situation when providing documentation.

Providing documentation that cannot be read, heard or viewed
Please make sure that your documentation is audible or readable.

Providing photoshop or false documentation
DO NOT try to submit false documentation as proof. Our Support Team have the knowledge to know the difference between legitimate documentation and treacherous documentation.
WARNING
After THREE false complaints we will then consider that Fraud and Harassment. Which will leave our support team no choice but to permanently block and ban you from Wealthy Estate, Empire and any other organization that's owned by the owners of Wealthy Estate.
Harassing Wealthy Estate, Empire or any other owned organization by the owners with false complaints will result in our support team reporting you to Second Life with full documentation of every event that occurred, even with other's reports and complaints against you.
TO THE ACCUSER
Once you are found to be a suspect of three complaints you will NEVER be ejected from the banned list once you are placed there. This is a one time reminder! Please be nice and respectable of others.
TO THE RESIDENTS OF WEALTHY ESTATE
Filing false complaints that do not count as a complaint due to your feelings or misunderstandings, causing trouble will result to our support team reporting you to the owners which will cause you to be considered violating the Terms and Policies of Wealthy Estate.
Violating the Terms and Policies of Wealthy Estate will leave our real estate agents no choice but to immediately return your belongings back to your inventory and results to you being permanently blocked and banned from Wealthy Estate after a 1 hour eviction notice. That is why we are encouraging all of our residents and visitors to be aware of your surroundings and situations just in case you'll need to make a complaint to the owners of Wealthy Estate. All residents and visitors must be informed about these notices by our employees, including informing our entire staff when entering the Wealthy Estate premises. It is important that you know your rights.
REGULAR EVICTIONS
If you are being evicted for something else other than a false complaint you will not necessarily be blocked and banned from Wealthy Estate.
WILL THE SUSPECT EVER RECEIVE A SECOND CHANCE BY THE OWNERS OF WEALTHY ESTATE?
There are no second chances by the owners of Wealthy Estate. Again, once you are on the block and ban list you will be placed there forever. All exposed alternative second life accounts will be blocked and banned from Wealthy Estate as well. You must know that two chances before you are blocked and ban from Wealthy Estate is enough chances to give. We do not condone harassment or any negative activities that goes against our terms and policies.
WHY SCREENSHOTS AND VIDEO RECORDINGS WHEN REPORTING?
Wealthy Estate encourage all complaint reporters to import screenshots and video recordings for their safety and protection. If there were false allegations reported towards our community residents, private region residents, employees or even our visitors we would want full proof of the complaint by screenshots and video recordings.
WILL THE ACCUSER OR SUSPECT KNOW ABOUT ANY COMPLAINTS THAT'S BEING FILED AGAINST THEM?
All filed complaints will remain anonymous during investigation. Every complaint must be kept in the files of Wealthy Estate for safety and protection. It's very simple to investigate all complaints with screenshots or video recordings from beginning to end with accurate dates and time for proof of the complaint that's being reported. However, once a complaint is approved by our support team the accuser or suspect will be notified about the anonymous report that's being filed against them. You must know that we cannot control the awareness of the accuser's assumptions about who filed the anonymous report against them. You must know that if the accuser or suspect continues or appeal the complaint, they can request to provide proof against your complaint. If you would like to understand and discuss more about our notices, you may feel free to come into our office during business hours to speak with the owners of Wealthy Estate.
